I had a chance to share the Old West Ranch with KOAA News 5 a few weeks back and overall it was well received. A few Falcon residents also had a chance to provide feedback on the development. In a time where neighborhood after neighborhood of the same houses keep popping up, we wanted to make sure to keep a rural feel to the Falcon area with the Old West Ranch. We have an opportunity to share larger parcels within a short reach of Colorado Springs and greater El Paso county. Water rights are included with these parcels which is a great bonus for any extra animals that you might bring with you when you decide to make the move out west.
